Lizzie is a creative director with over a decade of experience in branding, website design, and Webflow development. In 2022, she founded Jamabuck Studio (now Design Impact) with a mission to change the world through design and to empower women to shine in the design industry.

Co-Director, Impact lead

Rebecca is a neurospicy designer and Webflow developer with a passion for bringing purpose-driven projects to life. Her expertise extends beyond design, with complementary experience in marketing and a strong foundation in Wildlife Conservation Bsc and Social Innovation from her educational background.

Laura is a neuroinclusion consultant, helping organisations understand, support, and design for different cognitive profiles. Her approach draws on lived experience as an ADHD and dyslexic professional, a decade of senior HR leadership including building the people function at Oatly UK&I, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from UCL.
