Lizzie is a creative director with over a decade of experience in branding, website design, and Webflow development. In 2022, she founded Jamabuck Studio (now Design Impact) with a mission to change the world through design and to empower women to shine in the design industry.

Rebecca is a neurospicy designer and Webflow developer with a passion for bringing purpose-driven projects to life. Her expertise extends beyond design, with complementary experience in marketing and a strong foundation in Wildlife Conservation Bsc and Social Innovation from her educational background.

Pierre is a no-code and code creator with a background as a photographer and artist. He specialises in crafting complex CMS websites, streamlining processes with tools like Webflow, Airtable, Make, and Memberstack, and coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Neuroinclusive content designer
Laura is a neuroinclusion consultant, helping organisations understand, support, and design for different cognitive profiles. Her approach draws on lived experience as an ADHD and dyslexic professional, a decade of senior HR leadership including building the people function at Oatly UK&I, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from UCL.
Race equity & inclusion advisor
Abigail is a Senior EDI Officer for Race Equity and Intersectionality Initiatives. With experience across higher education, the charity and VAWG sectors, she brings deep knowledge of anti-racist, decolonial and intersectional practice. She’s passionate about equity, belonging and amplifying unheard voices.
Digital accessibility consultant
Mirela is passionate about web accessibility and digital design. She enjoys sharing her expertise and insights through her blog and on social media. She provides training workshops in web accessibility, website design and development.
UX Designer
Chess is a highly experienced UX/UI designer, connecting with people on projects that aim to make a positive impact. With a foundation in graphic design, she thrives in roles that blend visual design, digital innovation, and research.

Elsa is a pro at designing and developing websites, apps and brand identities for clients locally and globally. She is a Floxies Ambassador supporting the African team in sharing resources and information to women in their creative journey and is passionate about democratising mentorship.
