About us
We're a female-founded website agency based in South East London.
Design Impact is directed by us, Lizzie and Rebecca, and we lead and deliver the design and development work ourselves. Around us we bring in specialists in accessibility, user research, content design, and technical development. So you get consistent senior people throughout, with the right expertise at the right moment. Our work is shaped by team members and advisors with lived experience of neurodiversity and intersectionality.

We’ve already got a brand — can you just help with the website?
Absolutely. If your brand is solid and you’re happy with it, we can jump straight into designing and building your site, and we’ll make sure it’s accessible, scalable, and aligned with your goals.
Can you help with our brand visuals?
Yes, we'll do a brand-alignment workshop with you before we start designing your website to make sure that what you're expressing online matches who you are. We can make strategic recommendations on getting the most out of your brand (and give it a zhuzh if it needs it! ✨).
Alternatively, if you're starting from scratch then we can create a simple brand kit to get you started or recommend you to one of our brand partners if you need a full brand strategy.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Every project is different, but we’ll always be upfront about pricing. We offer scoped project packages, and for some clients, we create phased or modular options to suit your budget and timeline. Head to our contact page to get in touch and explore what’s possible.
Will we be able to manage the website ourselves?
Of course! Our goal is to make things easy for your team. We build our websites using Webflow, so you’ll be able to update content without needing a developer. We also offer training and support so you feel confident moving forward.
What tech do you use?
Webflow (opens webflow.com in a new tab) is the platform we use to build and host websites. It lets us create sites that are fast, reliable, and easy to look after, without lots of extra plugins or ongoing fixes behind the scenes.
We’re Webflow Certified Partners (opens our Certified Partner page in a new tab), which means Webflow recognises our experience designing and building high-quality sites on their platform.
We're busy! How much time will building a new website take from our team?
We know your time is limited, that’s why we make the process as clear and collaborative as possible. We’ll need your input at key moments (like the strategy workshop or reviewing designs), but we lead the process so you don’t have to.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes! Every project includes a 6-week snagging period, so you’ve got time to test, tweak and settle in. If you’d like continued support beyond that, we’re here for the long term , making design updates, implementing new features, or giving strategic input as you grow.
How do we know you're the right fit for us?

Do you work with organisations outside of the UK?
Yes! Whilst we are based in London UK, we have a small team across Europe and clients from across the globe. Tell us your time zone when you get in touch and we'll find a time that works for us all.
How do we begin the process?
